You fill it in at your own pace — it takes most people 15–30 minutes. Once we have your story, we begin composing. A first draft arrives two to three days before your final delivery date, leaving time for revisions. On your delivery date, you receive the final files.
After your commission is confirmed, we send you a private questionnaire tailored to your specific product. It covers the person the work is for, your shared history, their qualities, memorable moments, inside references, and the tone you'd like. Alternatively, you may send a written brief directly — your own words work just as well. There's no wrong way to share your story; we're skilled at finding the material that matters.
We take a limited number of commissions each month to protect quality. For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 4–6 weeks in advance. For surprise gifts and personal commissions, 2–3 weeks is usually sufficient. A date is confirmed upon payment — you can submit your story content later. If you have an urgent deadline, contact us and we'll tell you honestly whether it's achievable.
Your main input is the questionnaire or brief at the start, and any feedback on the first draft. Beyond that, we handle everything. Most clients describe the process as surprisingly hands-off — you share your story once, and we take it from there. You'll be as involved as you want to be, but you don't need to be.
Yes — and this is one of the most common ways people commission with us. All communication happens exclusively with you. The recipient's name, photographs, or any personal details shared are never contacted or visible to anyone outside our team. We are experienced in keeping surprises intact.
This depends on your product. For songs, you receive a full professionally mixed audio track (MP3 and WAV) along with the lyrics. For The Story Film, you receive the film as a high-resolution MP4 file. For Poetry, you receive a designed PDF and plain text file. All files are delivered digitally via a private download link. Upon request, we can also provide stems, alternative arrangements, or formatted files for printing.
Entirely. Every word, melody, chord, and frame is created from scratch, specifically for the person it's about. We do not use templates, stock phrases, or pre-written material. No part of your work is reused for any other client — ever. This is not a customisation service. It is a composition service.
We primarily compose in English and Hindi. We can incorporate words, phrases, or references from other Indian languages — Gujarati, Marathi, Punjabi, Tamil, and others — within an English or Hindi piece. If you'd like a work primarily in another language, please mention this when you enquire and we'll let you know if it's feasible for your timeline.
We work across a wide range of styles — pop, Bollywood, folk, classical fusion, acoustic, R&B, and more. You can specify a style, reference a song you love, describe a mood, or leave it entirely to us. Our questionnaire asks about musical preferences so we can match the composition to the recipient's taste. The goal is always a song they'll want to listen to on repeat — not something that sounds generic.
The AI Cover is an optional add-on (₹8,000) that creates a video of you singing the song — generated from a single photo of your face. The original song remains unchanged; the AI cover creates a visual of you as the singer, making the surprise more personal and impactful when played in front of the recipient. You share one clear photo, and we handle the rest.
The Story Film is a cinematic short film set to an original song — in which the main characters are based on real people you provide photos of. Using AI filmmaking tools, we generate a visual narrative featuring real likenesses as characters in a stylised, emotional film. It is not an album lyric video or a slideshow. It is a genuine short film, scored with an original composition, featuring your actual people as the protagonists.
Yes. Every track is composed, arranged, and mixed to commercial production standards. We use professional-grade studio software, real instrumentation where appropriate, and experienced vocalists. The result is a song you could put on Spotify — it just happens to be about you, or someone you love.

Full payment is required upfront to confirm your delivery date. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and major payment apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm). For international clients, we accept wire transfer and relevant international payment methods. Payment confirms your slot — without it, your date cannot be held.
Because we begin creative work immediately upon confirmation, we do not offer refunds once a commission is underway. If you need to cancel before we have begun work, please contact us immediately. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. We take your commission seriously from the moment it's placed, which is why we ask you to do the same.
The Story Film involves two complete original works — a full song and a cinematic AI film — requiring original composition, professional production, screenplay writing, visual direction, AI filmmaking, and post-production. It is the most technically complex product we offer, and the most emotionally impactful. The price reflects the full scope of creative work involved.
Unlimited lyric and content revisions are included in all commissions at no extra charge. We revise until the work feels right to you. The only condition is that revision requests must be submitted before the final delivery date. No changes are accepted after the final version has been delivered.

Absolutely. All personal information, stories, photographs, videos, and written briefs are treated as strictly confidential. Your content is never shared with anyone outside our team, never stored on third-party platforms, and never used for any purpose beyond creating your commissioned work.
Only with your explicit written permission. We may ask if you'd like to share your experience or a clip, but this is entirely optional. Many clients prefer to keep their work private — especially songs written as surprises — and we respect that completely. We will never share your work without your consent, even anonymously.
You receive full personal ownership and usage rights to your commissioned work. You may play it, gift it, frame it, share it with loved ones, or keep it entirely private. Commercial usage — licensing for advertising, broadcast, or distribution — requires a separate agreement. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
For The Story Film and AI Cover products, we request one or more clear photographs of the people to be featured. These are used exclusively for creating the AI visual work. They are never stored beyond project completion, never shared, and never used in any other project. We treat photographs with the same confidentiality as the written brief.
Standard delivery is 7–12 days from the date your story content is submitted. The Story Film typically takes 10–14 days given its complexity. Rush timelines (under 7 days) may be possible for select products — contact us to confirm availability. We do not compromise quality for speed, so we'll only accept a rush timeline we're confident we can honour.
All files are delivered via a private, password-protected download link sent directly to you on WhatsApp and email. Files are available for download for 30 days. We recommend saving them immediately to your personal storage. We are not responsible for files that are not downloaded within this window, though we can re-issue the link on request.
Yes. If you need the files by a specific time — for example, before a morning ceremony — please let us know in advance and we'll make a note of it. We deliver by end of day by default (IST), but we accommodate specific timing requests whenever possible.
Yes, absolutely. We work with clients across India, the USA, UK, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and Canada. The entire process is managed remotely — questionnaire, communication, revisions, and delivery all happen digitally. There is no difference in quality or process for international clients.
We accept international wire transfers and can provide bank details in INR. Clients in the UAE, UK, and USA typically use services like Wise or direct bank transfer. Payment details and amounts are confirmed before you transfer. All prices are listed in INR — current exchange rates apply at the time of transfer.
Very much so — this is one of our most common use cases. Many of our clients are NRIs commissioning works for events, parents, or partners back in India, or for their own celebrations happening in India while they are abroad. The distance makes no difference to the process or the quality of the work.
We are a remote studio — we create and deliver the work digitally. For The Performance Song, the track is designed to be performed live by the person who commissioned it (or someone they choose). We do not attend events or perform in person. The files you receive are everything you need to play, perform, or screen the work at your event.
